Chalky minerality, rich and lush white Burgundy.

Pouilly-Fuissé is considered the best white wine appellation in the Mâconnais area of Burgundy.  Marcel Couturier farms vineyards in a few appellations, with this vineyard holding 60+ year old vines; he is obsessive about tending his vines, and the wine shows its beauty from the land. 

Fermented and aged 11 months in barrel.
